Watch Description

THIS TIME IT’S NOT SO SERIOUS

WE’VE CREATED A VERSION OF OUR PROPILOT X IN COLLABORATION WITH DISNEY TO CELEBRATE KERMIT THE FROG

The Collaboration
The first function of every Oris watch, in the purest emotional, feel-it-in-yourbones sense, is to bring joy, to make people smile. For some time, we’ve been trying to find the ultimate expression of this and to make a watch that’s pure joy. And then it hit us. A collaboration with the easiest guy on the planet: Kermit the Frog from The Muppet Show. Kermit’s role is to entertain, to put a smile on our faces. He’s been doing it for generations.

The Watch
The ProPilot X Kermit Edition has a green dial, naturally, but its most entertaining feature appears on the first of every month, or ‘Kermit Day’, when Kermit’s cheery face pops into the date window.

A.I. Watch Review:

# Oris ProPilot X Kermit Edition Review by A.I. WatchMetrics

## Watch Summary
The Oris ProPilot X Kermit Edition is a robust pilot-style sports watch with a 44mm Grade 5 titanium case, distinctive green vertically guilloché "Kermit" textured dial for high legibility and character, aimed at adventure enthusiasts and collectors who value lightweight durability and modern tool-watch aesthetics; it features the in-house Oris Calibre 400 automatic movement with a 120-hour power reserve, exceptional anti-magnetism, and precise regulation.

## Overall Watch Rating: 7.5/10.0

**Material Metric (9.4/10.0)** - Grade 5 titanium case paired with box-faceted sapphire crystal and anti-reflective coating provides superior lightness and scratch resistance, on par with titanium divers from Grand Seiko.

**History & Innovation Metric (8.9/10.0)** - Oris's aviation legacy combined with the groundbreaking Calibre 400 in-house movement elevates it to compete with established innovators like Zenith.

**Dials & Design Metric (8.9/10.0)** - The bold Kermit green guilloché dial, sword hands, and oversized crown guard deliver striking pilot aesthetics comparable to modern IWC Big Pilot designs.

**Movement Metric (8.8/10.0)** - In-house Calibre 400 impresses with 120-hour reserve, silicon hairspring, and extreme anti-magnetism, surpassing most modified ETA/Sellita movements in its class.

**Versatility Metric (8.3/10.0)** - Lightweight titanium and rubber strap make it ideal for sports, travel, and daily wear, much like the versatile Tudor Pelagos.

**Brand Metric (7.8/10.0)** - Oris delivers consistent entry-level luxury with independent spirit and value focus, akin to Christopher Ward or Nomos Glashütte.

**Rarity Metric (6.9/10.0)** - Limited to 250 pieces, it offers moderate exclusivity similar to other micro-run editions from mid-tier brands like Zelos or Halios.

**Functions Metric (4.7/10.0)** - Basic timekeeping with date handles daily needs reliably but trails multifunction pilots like the Breitling Navitimer.

**Complications Metric (3.9/10.0)** - A simple date window at 6 o'clock provides essential utility without the complexity of chronographs found in higher-scoring sports watches.

## Total Performance Score (TPS): 9.9

## WM Collector Grade: A+

## Performance Insights: Exceptional material quality, movement prowess, and design flair drive high scores, delivering outstanding value versus its $4,700 MSRP despite basic complications.

## TPS Interpretation: Outstanding Value: The watch vastly overdelivers with in-house innovation, premium titanium build, and limited-edition appeal well beyond its price expectations.
